Compound Semiconductors: Supporting the fabrication, processing, and characterization of compound semiconductor materials, and advancing research and development in high-frequency, high-power, and optoelectronic applications.

Silicon Photonics: Focusing on the design, fabrication, and optimization of silicon photonic devices, providing support for innovation in integrated photonics and optical communication technologies.

Silicon Semiconductors: Providing R&D and fabrication services for silicon-based semiconductor devices, and advancing semiconductor technologies in microelectronics and integrated circuit applications.

Non-silicon / MEMS: Covering the research and fabrication of non-silicon materials and micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS), supporting the development of microsystem technologies, sensors, and actuators.
